What is it?
A Case Management “feedback” process developed specifically for IVA’s “Verint Case Management Adapter” Hub entry.
How does it work?
With both sets of configurations installed, when a user provides feedback via the web chatbot, a corresponding case will be created in Case Management for onward management. The feedback process supports compliments, complaints, and general feedback.
What is required to work?
The included configuration files need to be installed in a Case Management environment.
The IVA hub package needs to be installed in the IVA environment. It also needs to be configured to point to the Case Management environment.
