The Connex Verint Data Extractor provides seamless and selective data extraction from on-premises Verint deployments. Data is presented to the user in a variety of industry-standard and user-friendly formats for easy analysis.

How does it work?

By running pre-defined reporting jobs, the Connex Verint Data Extractor simplifies data management by exporting some of the most valuable Customer Experience data in your Verint deployment. During the intuitive setup process, the customer can define various criteria tailored to their exact requirements, and they receive the resulting data when the jobs are complete, in any supported format (.txt, .csv, and more).

The process is engineered to execute during off-production hours in order to ensure smooth operations without disruption to business-critical workflows.
