The adapter runs daily to identify new customer interactions within Verint. Using the phone number from an interaction the adapter searches Salesforce to find the customers account. The adapter then adds a closed Task in the customers account with a link to the interaction recording in Verint. As well, the adapter adds a link in the interaction’s metadata to the Salesforce record.
*The integration has safeguards to prevent selecting interactions that have already been processed.
